Center Short Course held October 10-11, 2005

Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research held a 2 day short course on
starch (chemistry and properties, chemical and physical modifications,
crystallinity, rheology, analytical methodology, nutritional aspects, and
other applications) October 10-11, 2005 at Purdue University for our
Industrial Board Member Companies.
This course was geared towards individuals who wanted an in-depth
review or refresher course on starch fundamentals, and was offered as part of the benefits of membership. We had 83
participants.
